  • I have to say I am extremely disjointed! Was scheduled to have my service done on my unit. I left work for entire half day and I am in sales 100% commission and they never showed up for the appointment and no call. I called them 5 min before the end of the time window and the nice dispatcher told me that they had called. I told her I had no missed calls or messages. She apologized and then said the next appointment that was open was in August. 6 weeks away. I Told her no thank you. With all of the advertising and talking about customer service I sure don't feel like I got any of the promises. She also said that she would have a manager call me and that still has not happend! Bummer! Update! After posting this review I received a call from a manager and they were able to get me on their calendar quickly.The tech showed up on time and completed the work in a timely manner. The manager was very apologetic and wanted to make sure we were taken care of. I am glad that I gave you them a second chance as they did a nice job and the tech was very nice.
