  • Very busy place. Been using them ever since they were off of Ann Road and through various PCS' (We've sent our tax documents from all around the country). Kathy has handled many situations for us such as being employed as a contract employee, being a unintentional landlord and living between multiples residences. Fortunately, we've never been audited and I am comfortable enough with their services to feel that they would have our backs if we ever needed representation with the IRS. On the other hand, I'm sad that their business has picked up so much that it's a crapshoot as to whether our taxes will be filed on time. This is the first year that I'm considering finding a new tax preparer because she is too good at what she does and is spreading herself thin. I hope she gets a partner or associate to share the workload.
