  • Tarboosh is pretty good. I try to tell my coworkers to venture off the beaten path and forgo another visit to Aladdin's and try something different and equally as good. I bought a variety of samplings from the menu and it all was good. The kibbeh was my favorite. Tarboosh will be one of my regular lunch stops now that I will be forced to remain indoors for the winter. I will miss taking my walks around Independence.
