I saw dr Campbell last year and had no problem with him, however, his front office staff was uniformed and didn't return phone calls. Fast forward 1 year and I go in to speak to the insurance person because I would like to make another appt but want to ask a question first. She is never in and still will not return phone calls. I'm sure, or I hope the dr has no idea how bad his staff is. Because of this I have to switch dr's. too bad since this office was so convenient for me.
