  • Not sure if there has been a change in management, but this is not the right company to call. Called today for an immediate ride. The said 15 minutes to 20 minutes. 40 minutes later I was still waiting. I will never use this company again. I called several times while waiting and they always claimed that someone was 2 minutes away. Never again. Thanks to UBER for providing an alternative. Avoid this company if you want to be on time.
