For those who know me I'm not one to workout. I need to take classes or workout with a personal trainer or I get SUPER distracted and accomplish nothing in the gym. My girlfriend and I started taking group workout sessions with Michael J. and fell in love with working out because we began to see results within just a couple weeks with him! He is an amazing motivator and pushes you to do your very best at all times throughout your workout session. There are options to workout in a small group or individually.
