rev:text	I will never take my dog to this place EVER! They didn't give me NO Informative information regarding my dogs ear infection, just took a sample didn't check him at all, I was letting them know other things that was wrong with him, and of course they didn't even care to check. I spent over 100 in over the counter medication that they put a label on that didn't work. They didn't even explain to me how to give the medication to my dog in his ear, after the doc. Promised she'd do so. Man this place is a joke, and a total big rip-off. I called the next day after my dog was seen and let them know that my dog has been gasping for air, to where he might need to go to a pet hospital, they didn't have one bit of care. They wanted to charge me hundreds of dollars.. Talking about just dropping him off? I actually "LOL'D" .. In disbelief. Saying they had to run test in some crazy stuff. Basically ALL LIES! They are crazy to think ill ever bring my baby back to them .. I took my dog to VCA pet hospital off of spring mountain and the doc Dr. Knighton was thee' coolest, he checked my dog so throughly and also we paid to get him antibiotic shots which he needed the whole time. Banfield rushed thru my dogs visit literally like 3 mins. Now since I went to VCA its been almost a week and my dog hasn't had any of the troubles that he was experiencing( and his ear infection is almost done clearing) before with the medication Banfield offered opposed to the medication he received from VCA Pet hospital. Next time Banfield off of Arroyo crossing , take your time with ppl's pets. You guys are very much Trash in my book, and I will never ever trust BANFIELD ever again, almost critically damaged my dog. Ps: I swear I wish I could rate you -1, But 1 star is all yelp offers.
