  • I rented a car here this past weekend for a 3-day trip to CA and I was so impressed with how easy the rental and return process was. I kept thinking it was too good to be true. I picked up early on a Friday and got to bypass the counter and go straight to the Emerald Aisle upstairs. I had my choice of cars (at the midsize price), got to pick my car, load it, and drive straight to the booth by the exit. I simply handed my ID and CC and was on my way in literally a matter of minutes. Returning the car was even easier, I drove to the National section or the car rental return, unloaded it, and got my receipt. Again, in and out in a matter of minutes. Do yourself a favor and sign up for their Emerald card and complete your reservation online. My only regret is that I wish I would've rented from them sooner!!
