  • My brother and I were staying at the Encore and were walking by one day. We were carrying bags from cvs and had a beer in hand. We probably looked homeless dressed in our athletic wear from walking the strip butBrandy and her manager were nothing but the best to us. They both greeted us graciously and proceeded to engage us and show us multiple items. We ended up not picking anything. The next day we saw Brandy delivering something in the hotel and she stopped to give us a hug and talk. On our last day we found ourselves walking by again beer in hands and multiple souvenir shop bags. We stopped by again although we were sweating and nasty Brandy and her manager greeted us just like they had on day one. We picked something out for my brothers friend and they were so sweet and took their time with us even though the piece was only a few hundred dollars. They even sent us off with hugs. Bottom line is I have spent thousands on LV pieces as has my brother. I have NEVER EVER experienced this level of customer service. Brandy and her manager are THE BEST hands down. If your looking for patient, good hearted people not commission hungry assholes this is the location to go to.
