  • I been coming here for years now . Usually busy all the time. My trip here on Mother's Day with my 9 yr old daughter , was for sure the worst experience I've had. We cruised through the store with not much effort until we arrived at the restaurant and bakery area. All I wanted to pick up was some rice and beans to go with my steak and some pan dulce to go with my coffee. There was 3 customers including myself waiting in line to order food. Behind the counter there were 6 workers yelling at each other and no one acknowledged me for over 15 min . And they ran out of beans. It was only 3pm. How do you run out of beans at a Mexican establishment ? Grant it was a holiday , but at 3pm really ? We skipped the rice and beans and went to the bakery area and there were 4 employees , 1 on his cell phn and 1 actually attending the one customer ahead of us. It took over 10 min to finally pay them and leave. I asked to speak to a supervisor and a young cashier called another young man, he heard me out then asked me if I wanted to speak to a supervisor ? WTH ? Bad bad experience !
