  • My recent visit to The Vig Uptown was not as impressive as I'd hoped it would be. The atmosphere and service were great, but the food was just not exciting. I ordered the steak salad, and my husband had the pork tenderloin sandwich. Both seemed to be lacking in flavor. We also ordered the tator tots as an app, and again, just not faboo. The redeeming element was the AMAZING pumpkin porter beer we had. Our server did us right by recommending this seasonal beer when we were ready to order something off the regular tap menu. I could have (maybe should have?) made a meal of it!
