  • DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They used to be great but over the past year have been steadily bad. I was out of town and they let my pool sit green even though someone was said to have been coming. Even once I returned my pool stayed green another month. I never got slips of their visits even after asking and after emailing with their office several times they said they wouldn't charge me for the month and do a free service. The day the guy came he had no idea a service was offered and didn't have the chemicals to do it. He acted shocked my pool was green and admitted they have too many Houses with not enough employees and many houses get skipped. They track them but that doesn't mean much, I watch this guy sit in front of my house eating his lunch for 10 minutes before even coming in my backyard. I cancelled service after the tech couldn't even tell me how long it would take to clear my pool up and basically told me how bad the company was. 5 days later they charged my card 2 times! I've called the office and am waiting to hear but unauthorized charges and even charging me at all for a pool that has been unswimable is insane and a horrible way to do business.
