| - It was good. Not phenomenal, not outstanding, just good.
We dined at Pub & Grill on a Sunday night around 6pm. The ambiance could be improved. The music was much too loud for the setting and made it feel like you were at a loud bar, versus a $250+ meal. The service was for the most part good. The two waiters we had were attentive. No complaints there.
The food was alright. We ordered prime rib, short ribs, lobster rolls, poutine, mushrooms, brussel sprouts, smores shake and the famous sticky toffee pudding. The real stand outs were the desserts. Comparing Pub & Grill to GR's other restaurants, I feel there is much tastier food at Steak and Burgr. This was a comp'd meal for us, and I'm happy we didn't use much of our own money to pay for it.
