rev:text	Negative stars if I could. Have had auto and homeowners policies with this agency for about 5 years these policies are for my home and auto in Nevada. I live in NJ and have always requested all my bills/policies to be sent to my NJ address. Well somewhere along the line I stopped getting any mail for my Nevada policies. My husband came out to Nevada to find outdated insurance cards on a paid in full policy. Had to call a State Farm service center to have temp card emailed. Since then, I have never received any insurance cards from them. We always have to have them emailed with the promise that hard copies will follow. Only they never do. The latest debacle was finding out that our homeowner's deductible had been raised to $3441 and our auto deductible to $2000!!!!! Needless to say we have cancelled with State Farm in Nevada. This agency is definitely not a "good neighbor". I highly recommend you find a different office to handle your insurance needs.
