  • Agreed with the other 1* reviews here. This is my second time coming here so I'm giving it a fair (two) chances before ranking it. Both times I've asked them NOT to file so much or I won't even bother doing my nails here or elsewhere. They went to town on the buffing. I did gel French gradient. It was so rushed, my nails burnt while under the light (for those of you who think that's normal; check out heat spike on gel nails, it's not normal and due to technique of the technician). After each coat of gel, she kept filing. The file is extremely dirty and looks like it as been used for months??? Very unhygienic. Finally after all the curing, she went filing crazy on my nails. She filed down so much that it went into my nail bed. I had long nails coming in, and I ended up with shorter nails leaving?? My nail beds are sore because she filed so much into the skin. Finally the filing is unequal, they're not equally straight but slanted all in one direction. The ombre is also uneven. Very sad because I gave this place 2 chances and now I won't be coming back.
