  • Bought the large lifetime leather tote for myself to use as a work bag and it is absolutely gorgeous. I love the thick leather and quality hard wear on it. I must be too heavy duty even for Duluth though, because a strap broke after just two weeks of use. I looked to the website to see about an exchange and noticed there was a $6.95 shipping fee. So I decided to email customer support because that seemed a little unfair after having used this bag for such a short time. They really are true to their no bull guarantee! After my email explaining what had happened to my beloved bag they responded within 24 hours saying that my new bag is on its way with a complimentary return label. Great company, great products, great customer service... I love Duluth!
