In the area and need to change out your polish? Starting out a girls trip and neglecting my nails before I hopped on a plane to Vegas, my friends and I made early morning appointments to get pampered to kick off the weekend.
While we had reservations when they opened, it was a bit strange that they didn't have the staff ready or available by the time we arrived for the appointment. Employees strolled in 15-20 minutes after we were scheduled. I know it is our vacation and all, but I appreciate punctuality, especially if they have me reserved for service at a particular time. Another minor peeve was upon entering, we weren't acknowledged not helped right away. Instead, we wandered around the front while the couple employees finished their conversation.
The manicure and pedicure were standard. Nothing that made me feel wanting for more. Rather, I had to ask for water, the person helping me didn't make sure my remote to the chair was available so I went without a mechanical massage...I realize these are all first world problems, but could use slight improvement on attention to detail.
On the positive side, the employees were very nice and the final product was good. You get 10% off for your first visit.
