  • Very traumatic experience! I booked Yuri for an all over soft blonde look but ended up ashy green. I raised my concern but Yuri said, "don't worry, it will wash out in a few days". It did not. When I spoke with her she claimed she could fix it but when I arrived she had no idea what she was doing. When another person approached us, I mistakenly thought they were going to help Yuri figure out what to do. Instead, they blamed me and escalated the situation to the point that I left. No one ever cared, including Yuri, to make it right. She let me be treated like I had done something wrong and let me take the fall for her terrible results. I have been insulted by the owner Abel as well. I would never recommend this place to anyone. They are rabid and have no interest in taking accountability for their mistakes.
