  • Disorganized and the stylists vary widely by skill set. If you get the right stylist you get a great cut or blow out. I was impressed at the henderson branch at first. Then the great stylists left & you get someone who insists on putting serum all over your hair so it looks flat and limp when she's done. No thanks
