  • FULLY RECLINING CHAIRS!! In all my life I always wondered why don't they make a theatre with a sofa as chairs... & also thought how uncomfortable it may have been for people with problematic bodies when they had to sit through a squishy uncomfortable wobbly chair for more than an hour... Then there was a genius who finally decided to be different even though it may have been expensive to build... GALAXY LUXURY theatre!! I was definately surprised with the price the most! ONLY $11.25 for adult tickets & $8.75 for adult matinee! I don't know if it is because I may be used to California ticket prices at $15 but the fact that you are watching a movie in a reclining comfy chair would make you think the ticket prices would be higher than a regular movie theatre... but it's NOT! plus they serve alcohol along with food with even free popcorn powders! O_O This place was another plus because they actually get rid of annoying people that disrupt the movie along with people that use their electronic devices during the movie! This is a super plus for me becuase my hubby hates going to theatres because seats are way too close together & because of disruptive people... the chairs are also the best thing EVER for me because of my back & neck issues... which are not much of an issue anymore because I am basically laying down flat on my back with legs straight out! All the staff members are sweet & the ones behind the concession stand always seem to be excited to take your order especially when you are about to build your own nachos! One thing that was interestingly recommended was the smores hot dog with peanut butter... hubby loved it & scarffed it down before the movie even started. We have not been back to a regular movie theatre since this discovery even though we live in summerlin it's worth the drive when the DT summerlin theatre isn't playing the movie we want.
