  • I took my car to get looked at on a Friday at 11 AM and dropped it off to go back to work. They did not have anyone who could take me, so I had to find my own ride. Nobody called me once to tell me what was wrong with my car, I finally called at 4PM and they told me they still weren't sure and they would call me when they found out. They called at 5:10 PM and said they thought they knew the cause, but would discuss it when I came in. When I got there, they explained the problem to me and said they were unsure if it would cost $400 or $900 and wouldn't know until they started into the repair. I asked them to order the part ASAP and they said it would take 3-4 days to get it in. They told me they would call as soon as they received it. Here I am, 7 days later with no call, nothing. Crappy service, oh and they used up most all of my gas!!!! I don't think if I ever do get that call, that I'll be back. Annoying.
