  • Major kudos to the Manager, (whose name I've forgotten - sorry!). The kind gentleman spent about an hour trying to remove a few links from a little old ladies watch. Even without making a sale, my mother was treated with TLC. Removing the extra links in her watch band had tremendous impact on my mother's daily life. Many thanks to the Manager for you certainly fulfilled your random acts of kindness that day. While we waited, we admired the lovely jewelry cases filled with sparkly things girls love. There was a steady flow of customers and all greeted by friendly sales staff. Great store.
