  • I am in the process of trying to upgrade my phone, so thinking it would be quicker to pick it up in store I selected that option. When I got there some spaced out sales douche asked what he could "help" me with (I forgot his name otherwise I'd use it), I told him that I was picking up a phone that I ordered online. Well I can't because I wasn't an account manager, I was then told that I could come pick it up as long as I was an account manager. Being that it was close to closing I elected to return the next day. DId I get my phone on try number two? Nope! The person who is the account holder has to be there with you, with ID, with the card that is on file. I understand this is for security purposes, but it would be great if store employees could tell me the first time everything I need or will need to do in order to actually receive the phone, instead of trying to sell me some bitch ass tablets. Aint nobody need a damn tablet with these big ass phones now a days.
