| - Honestly this was a pretty terrible experience from start to finish. First and most importantly, the problem I went in for was not fixed or even subdued. I was at the appointment early, as asked, and yet still waited for 25 min + in the front office. I was told that I would have to pay my deductible upfront when that is NOT what my insurance company does so naturally that seemed super shady that my $60 payment jumped to almost $400. After sitting in the room for another 20 minutes the Dr came in. He was polite but talked to me for a total of 5 minutes, shoved some long tube down my nose to my throat and then confirmed what I already knew, I have allergies. Turns out that long tube down my throat was considered a surgery and cost my a ton of money, I knew I had allergies but apparently they needed to confirm it with an expensive test without even telling me how much it is was. Of course the paperwork they had me sign in the beginning protects them from any sort of wrong doing but it makes it no less wrong. He prescribed me a spray that didnt seem to help at all, but I continued to use it until it was gone bc it cost me so much dang money. After calling my insurance to confirm they charged me wayyyy too much money (this was before I realized my 5 minute appt had a surgery cost attached) I played phone tag with EVERYONE in their office.. no joke not one person called me back and I called at least 15 times and left numerous messages. The few times I got ahold of someone I was told different things each time or that they would call me right back, once again, I got not one single call back. Once I was told that they had cut a check to me for over $300 so I had assumed it was a refund but I never received it. Another time I was told that they would keep my money and use it as a credit for my next appts, so I guess they assume that if they can't take my money they'll get it eventually. Well needless to say, I will not be going there nor will anyone I care about. I just called to pay the rest of my bill since, remember they did a $200 plus surgery without even letting me know, and the girl asked if I wanted to do it over the phone and then said "just do it on our website" ummm cool cool cool cool cool, I guess I'll do that then... so I try to confirm their website "is it valleyent.com?" she's like "yea." she's obviously trying to get off the phone but I want to make sure that works. It doesn't. I ask how they spell valley thinking its some sort of play on words and I am not typing it right... oh wait valleyent.com isn't their website and I had to do the research myself while she's on the phone not even remotely caring (which is on par to my whole experience) I even tell her "oh, looks like its azvent.com" and she doesn't offer me anything besides "oh, yes" so I get off the phone to enter my info that she clearly didn't care to do, only to find out I can't click on the "I'm not a robot" so I can't even set up an acct. Upon calling back and speaking to another lady (who was very polite) I find out that that's known and being worked on (shoutout to the first girl who gives less of a hoot about my time than my 2 year old putting on her own shoes when we're trying to leave) so the second lady takes my payment but I decided to finally write a review because the amount of my time and money this place was willing to waste was in such access that I finally decided to take some control and choose to waste some of my own time. I would suggest giving this place the same amount of time and money I WISH I had given them, which is zero
