I went in to Sam's Club yesterday and they told me my membership had expired. I told them, no it shouldn't be expired, I paid it around March of this year vs. November of last year when it was originally due. We don't go to Sam's much so I was unsure if I wanted to renew but changed my mind and it was paid in March of this year. I was told that it didn't matter when it was paid that it was due again in November. So basically I was told I paid for my one year membership to lose 3 months because that was the month I originally signed up. I don't know how a company can ask for a yearly membership fee and not honor it. I will go to Costco from now on as I have never had an issue like this.
