  • Disclaimer: I have not received services from this place. I went to get my split ends trimmed, and I saw online that the place closed at 5. I got to this place at 4:36 pm and saw that there were 2 people already sitting (one man and one woman). There was no one at the desk, so I sat and waited on them to greet me. Shortly thereafter, one of the stylists asked if I wanted a service today, I responded yes, and she said they cannot help me since they close at 5, and the wait would be longer than 30 minutes. It has been my experience that if you walked into a business well before it closed, you could still get serviced. How long can it take to trim ends? I don't know what the quality of their work is, but based off their poor service, I guess I will never find out. I will not be returning back to this place.
