  • If the appointment experience is any indication of what to expect - I am not impressed at all. After stating my 18 year old son has been experiencing aches and pains in the forearms, and leg muscles for over a month and wanted a professional opinion to determine whether it is muscle strain, tear, or ligament or bone injury, etc... Natalie immediately gave her opinion that, "it sounds more like it's neurological", and asked, "has he seen his primary doctor?" And also commented, "Doctor Bascharon specializes in Sports Medicine, Shoulders, Knees..." this made me feel as if I was wasting her time because my son's concerns did not qualify as a valid reason to request the professional opinion of Dr. Bascharon. I wonder if the doctor knows her staff is giving medical opinion over the phone, and discouraging new patients from getting the professional opinion of a doctor whos expertise is in Sports Medicine. This person made more of an effort in making the appointment process complicated, and dismissing the concerns of a patient. I advise better training in handling phone calls with new patients, less push back and actually care to listen to the callers needs.
