  • My husband wanted to buy shoe trees. Hugo Boss didn't have them but someone there recommended Nordstrom. After going there I decided that he needed shoes since I was unhappy with his recent wardrobe choices. My husband is very picky and he might have tried on 25 pairs. David was extremely patient and attended to us without any hesitation. My husband ended up buying magnanni which was David's pick. My husband also bought a Ted Baker jacket which was picked by sales person named Jessica. She was excellent and patient as well. After living in Atlanta and facing substandard service at Lenox Square repeatedly on numerous occasions, it's become easy for us to simply order online. Shopping at this Nordstrom truly made our experience wonderful and the credit goes to David and Jessica! Not to mention shoe trees here are excellent. They are wooden and they not only help maintain the shape of the show but also absorb the moisture from them.
