  • Type of business: Property management. Services received: Renting property managed by business. Number of times visited: 2. Length of time renting: 18 months. Recommend to others: Yes. Staff courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful: Support staff - too little exposure to determine. Director of Operations - yes. Office Manager - yes. Prices: Fair. Qualities appreciated: Director of Operations (Verna) and Office Manager (Brent) are excellent to work with. Communication with each has been minimal but easy and effective. Each of them have been friendly, down-to-earth, and knowledgeable in their field. We appreciate their willingness to accommodate our requests (i.e. repair of broken and/or poorly functioning items, pest control, simple aesthetic changes, etc.). A reasonable property owner is key to the overall success of this working relationship.
