  • As you approach the opening of the hotel there was comfortable couch seating outside along with bikes lined along the wall that guests are able to use to get around town. As my wife and I walked in, we were greeted by a friendly staff. The hotel has a cool retro feel and look to it. The hotel also has a bar/restaurant located inside. There's also a pool and a jacuzzi if you feel like taking a dip. The vintage feel is really appealing. The rooms were extremely clean and quite a good size for the price. The beds were comfortable and the overall service was great. The food and drinks at both their bar/restaurant and diner are quite reasonable and my wife said the bartender didn't hold back on the alcohol in the drinks poolside. The great thing about this hotel also is that the pool is open 24 hours. My wife and I chose this hotel because it is across the street from Arizona State University. We were in town to check out the campus. The rooms have large flatscreen televisions with enough channels to keep you entertained and an excellent air-conditioning unit that kept you extremely comfortable. Our room had an outside balcony which was great. During our stay, the hotel was fairly empty leaving most of the pool and jacuzzi to us. Drinks and food are served poolside. Excellent service. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a laid back, comfortable, friendly atmosphere that isn't too formal. We had a great time and the location of the hotel is excellent for anyone looking to explore ASU and the surrounding cities. Thanks Graduate Hotels!
