  • You know at first I loved this place... They always took such good care of my dogs... But today I had my dogs stitches take out of her ear from a surgery they preformed and she now has a gaping hole on the tip of her ear!! To the point where I have to have the tip of her ear cut off before she gets her nail caught in it and tears it! It's not a teeny little hole from a stitch or even the size of a needle! I can stick my whole pinky finger through it! They proceeded to tell me her stitch tore (which okay I could understand) but that is absolutely not the case. THEY tore the stitch, it was pure neglect the hole is way to big for it to be an accident or a little tear, it was bleeding profusely when they walked her out. Dr Fischer even asked his assistant to take her back a second time and stop the bleeding. THEN when she came back out, I was examining it asking the assistant how that happened and all she said was " I don't know" and walked away. I had to ask the receptionist for a sheet for my car it was bleeding so bad! And here I am left alone in the lobby with my bleeding dog. It literally looks like they hole punched her ear. Stitches would not even fix it, so there is no way it was a tear. I'm appalled by how they treated me and my dog today. Wish I could post the pics. Never going there again. Jennifer was the one who took the stitches out so neglectfully and she must have RIPPED them out based on the size of the hole. Unbelievable. Such malpractice and neglect. I'm absolutely disgusted.
