  • I have given this establishment several chances because it is popular among friends and colleagues but have consistently been disappointed with the service and quality of food. For starters, this is just not a place for people of color to hang out. The staff seem hesitant to be helpful/accommodating and the only difference I can generally distinguish between myself and other patrons is the color of my skin. I hope this is not a universal experience for people of color, nonetheless, it quickly became apparent that my white counterparts were receiving a much higher quality service experience than myself. Additionally, the quality of food and delivery time is just abysmal. On multiple occasions, I was served cold, not warm, but COLD food after a significant wait and requested a replacement, only to have a plate returned to my table with soggy and lukewarm food. The one star I've provided is for the extensive beer list. Nonetheless, even the beer I was served appeared to be from the bottom of the barrel...
