  • Came here to the Bellagio Hermes locates just inside the main hotel entrance on the right hand side. I was greeted by Susan Roth shortly after entering. She was super sweet, down to earth and very knowledgeable. She asked great questions to understand exactly what I was looking for. Having been put off by many SAa at various HERMES stores, I found it refreshing to work with Susan. I will most definitely be a return customer for Susan!
