  • Terrible service in every department: front desk, MA, MD, and billing are all under qualified. Never going back. Dr. Villamor's knowledge is laughable, and he kept sending his MA in to argue with me about not filling a medication because it's "controlled." Guess what? Tizanidine has never been controlled! He also spent 2 minutes with me total, said he'd be back, then repeatedly sent his MA in after I asked for him. Also, the front desk told us we'd save money if we paid for the visit out of pocket "cash price," then they ended up billing and obtaining $$$ from our insurance anyway! Outrageous!
