  • Habib came highly reccommended to me from a friend for his great tailoring services. I came to him to have my bridesmaids dress and a jumpsuit tailored in march 2017. Unfortunately when i picked up the garments i wasnt fully satisfied with how the dress fit but thought if i changed my undergarments it would help. The jumpsuit i never had a chance to try on until a few weeks later. Habib was very nice but i did feel as though he was a bit dismissive to listening to what i wanted in my garment. I ended up not being able to wear the dress due to the ill fit and had to purchase an entirely new dress. When i finally tried the jumpsuit on not only did it have the same ill fit but the issue I had him address in the tailoring was still an issue. I was out of town quite a bit and did not have a chamce to make it in right away so i called Habib and he said to come in anyways. I came in Aug 1st. Habib immediately started getting defensive, waiving his hands at me, told me i had told him the items were perfect, which i never said and i have witness to that interaction then basically told me that i had gained weight and thats why the garments didnt fit me. I haven't. He was so rude and defensive and didnt even let me explain what my concerns were, i actually had to ask him to stop yelling so i can at least tell him what the problem was. He told me i had come in 7 months ago....it was 4 and that i called him 3 months ago..it was 3 weeks. Mostly not only did his tailoring ruin $500 worth of garments but his miserable attitude and customer service was unacceptable. I did not come in angry or demanding i was just looking to see what we could do to resolve the issues and he would barely even allow me to speak. Then he continued to say "im not afraid of you I've been doing this for 45 years im not stupid" when i had neither called him stupid nor been agressive in any way to him. Ultimately just extremely disappointed and blown away by this entire interaction as well as out $500 in garments and tailoring costs. Habib maybe its time to retire.
