| - Where do I even begin? We've wanted to come here for quite some time, and finally we decided on Christmas day we'd give it a try. The inside reminded me of nice urban fine dining when I lived in the Northeast and finding out that they started in NY, that makes sense, a nice little memory of how things used to be is a refreshing change from the current trends of the Vegas hipster/modern vibe (not complaining, just noting the difference). The staff was incredibly friendly from the moment we walked through the door. We were seated and John V was our server. Everything, and I mean everything from the butter that goes on the bread , the meal, appetizer, wine, coffee, desert and service was absolutely perfect. The price on the check was honestly about half of what I would have expected here. Not cheap, but I wasn't raked over the coals either. In fact, I've willingly paid less in other places, but the quality was literally a fraction of what it is here. Will definitely be coming back and wish I could give it more stars if I could.
