  • Very disappointed in both their delivery service and their product. They told me I would be the first delivery of the day, between 9 to 11. They call at 10:30, say their guy is 1/2 hour away and he will call when he is 5 minutes away (so I can go over the the rental house where the refrigerator is being delivered). 1 1/2 hours later, I call to say no one has contacted me. I am told the delivery guy won't answer his phone. He finally shows up at 1:00, two hours late! Then this one guy tries to move the fridge in, which is a two man job, and scratches my wall on the way in. He leaves without turning the fridge on. When I turn it on, the Replace Filter light comes on. I call to say I want them to pay to have my paint repaired and to come bring me a new filter, and they refuse to do both and are very rude and unprofessional.
