Ok. The 1st time I went with a friend for a pedicure I was completely impressed. I went back with a friend, paid for the membership, and received a gel manicure. The gel mani lasted less than 2 days. When I called to have this issue taken care of the manager gave me every excuse as to why it was my fault but said the would fix it 1 time. She lacked in customer service to say the least. I went to a technician named Nora who did a fabulous job on my 'fix' gel mani. It lasted the standard 3 almost 4 weeks. When I tried to book with her again she was of course booked through, so I went somewhere else, I had a gift card ... Anyways I called to book again with Nora, as I will not waste my time with anyone else, and I was told it would cost $15 to soak off the 'other' gel manicure. Are you kidding me? I seriously am at my wits end with this place.
