| - I don't know if I should say if its worth staying I've had a bad experience with Days Inn (US). So, in comparison this was better the furniture is nice, the room came with a coffee maker (its not Tim's), microwave, flat screen TV, the carpet seemed clean, just that when we got in the night tables were stained asked for it to be cleaned, it was cleaned.
Stayed 31st dec 2015 til jan 2nd, 2016
This review is long because I like to give specific details..
Towels are rewashed which is normal but some were torn, meh old stuff?
Not many trash bins only 2, one in front of the washroom one in the room imagine if you have a lot to throw out ugh
No refills of kleenex in the washroom sadly when we asked specifically when we would leave to clean the room, I think they only changed the bedsheets and thats it.
Parking lot: not clean in the winter so had to park in the snow maybe its too expensive to have it cleaned since its free parking, parking is at "owner's risk" you'll see what I'm talking about, there's a sign (french/english)
Because its the holidays bar/resto are closed
Not enough outlets like the room they use extensions so if you want to plug something its almost impossible like the room was purposely made like that!
The wash room ugh I won't start with that the sink and the toilet weren't in the same area they were separate
The fan in the washroom annoying
Cold washroom/room, heater was on max you see the difference when you're in the hallway..
Small elevator (make sure your baggage's are not big)
The breakfast is not free (said its free on expedia)
The restaurant seemed always closed
Not sure about room service
Regular Québec cable meaning not a lot of channels (videotron)
Well, its a risk staying, there are better hotels that are much more expensive.
Overall, I give it a 3 star rating, staff was okay, still a good hotel for the price, clean, just the little stuff that bothered me
