  • This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. The employees were so LAZY and unwilling to help. We tried to buy a fire pit and they had us checkout (for $400)...they then realize the item is out of stock. They, of course, neglected to make us aware of this and left us waiting outside of the store with our vehicle waiting for them to load the pit for 20+ minutes. I then had to wait in line to for a refund. The head of customer service was unsympathetic and did not offer proper care to a customer spending this kind of money at the store. The entire process made no sense. I will not visit this Lowe's again. LOWes Quality.
