  • Notice the good reviews for Key PM is from the people who own the home, not the people who lease. We leased a place from Key PM and it has definitely taught us the lesson to check into the property management company before leasing a place. They are VERY SLOW to respond and when you show your irritation after several times attempting to contact them without a response, they have the nerve to say you should be more polite. Well, maybe I would be more polite if I didn't have contact them 6 or 7 times for a response. In other words, do your job better. I am still waiting on them to switch the gas bill out of our name as our lease has been up for a month now, but I just received a bill from the gas company, called them, and they said was never been switched, so still in my name. Save yourself the headache and find a more responsive property management company to lease from.
