  • (Chandler location) I called to cancel my membership and was told to call the manager, I called the manager and he said I have to come in, I came in and was told that I had to pay 25.00 to cancel and that I will be charged for yet another month! Why didn't the manager tell me this??? This is the very reason I haven't joined a club for quite some time, total bull####! I may have re-joind at some point and canceled because I hurt my back...I will say that I will now never re-join this club ever again. I will tell all of my friends that in spite of the fact that you advertise that you can stop at any time it doesn't mention that you will thoroughly piss people off before they can cancel. I hope that the 25.00 plus the additional 15.00 they are bilking from me does it for them because that is the LAST bit of money they will receive from me!!
