  • This is a place that takes advantage of women and plays upon their lack of knowledge. I am witness to the owner of QTC, who put things into an unneeded rear disc brake job...new calipers, new discs, pads, and huge labor charges totaling $700 given an ambiguous phone call of what the car needed (not even why the car was brought in to begin with), then went ahead and did it without express permission or assumed the lady agreed, which she did not. What's the woman to do? All this work and QTC has the keys. Be aware, be very aware. Your mileage may vary. Be specific. Say NO loudly on phone. Dispute this here in public, QTC.
