rev:text	This is one of, if not the best place for selection and knowledgeable staffing period. Probably the best part is the time they will spend with the folks new to firearms, and not just try to make a sale, but help educate them. Kevin had a couple come in that had no previous firearm experience, he talked with them about what they wanted, and suggested that before making a purchase, they go to a facility where they could rent the types of firearms they were looking for and shoot them before making a purchase decision, to ensure it was something they will Be comfortable with. I applaud lock and load for this, as folks without much previous experience may buy a guy for size or appearance, not realizing it may be uncomfortable for them, which would make them not want to practice, or scared to pull the trigger the next time. While the small pretty pink or blue gun may appeal to the eye, it may have more recoil than the person is comfortable with, while a slightly larger or a bit heavier firearm could mitigate that issue. You can't go wrong at lock and load. I have seen some folks complaining about the lack of attention when they come in, but i think it is simply the fact that they are not like a car salesman, and feel when the customer is ready for their help or input, they will approach a sales associate, so simply ask, and they will be more than willing to help or answer any questions. I prefer to not be hounded as soon as i walk in, and lots of folks simply stop in to browse. Give em a try, and the prices are good as well.
