This is one of my favorite restaurants in Charlotte. I always end up eating here at least once when I am in town.
This visit again did not disappoint.
Went with a coworker for a later dinner. I ordered the mussels, arugula salad with fresh peaches, and the shishito peppers. Unfortunately since we were there a bit late they were out of the peppers ordered the heirloom tomatoes with micro basil instead.
My coworker ordered the quarter natural chicken, au gratin potatoes(which are to die for), and the roasted red kuri squash. Again because we were there later, they were out of the au gratin potatoes, she ordered the Mac and cheese instead.
Everything was amazing. I love the fact that they use local ingredients. The food is fresh and has so much flavor. The presentation is wonderful.
Some reviewers feel that this place is a little expensive. I think you get what you pay for and this is definitely worth it. A true dining experience.
I will definitely be back when I am in town.
