  • One of the most overrated hotels I've ever been too. The hotel is undoubtedly amazing in its architecture and decor. But the staff is atrocious. They all look totally amazeballs in their outfits, all the right ratio of hipster chic - but they weren't actually helpful when asked a question. They dropped the ball on lots of things during our visit. They just opened, and maybe they need to work out their kinks, but at nearly $300 a night there were too many things missing. I would not recommend.
