  • This is the last place in Las Vegas that I would take anyone to dinner, especially if they are foreign .The employees are rude and the manager Faith is the leader of the rudeness, my sister-law visiting from another country over paid for two people to enter the buffet and to void the transaction took the MANAGER "Faith " about 1 hour trying to say that she didn't know how to void the transition at the end she refund less than was paid for 2x21=$34.00 by the manager FAITH and because we saw a couple of friends inside the buffet eating she charged us 18% more, because we asked to sit in the same side of the room that they were sitting. I read the reviews before going and I didn't believe them, but now I speak by experience and I mean BAD experience. Go to any other place to eat not at Bistro buffet inside Palms Casino; that's what I should had done besides that the food is bad too. If you don't believe me you probably will be the next one writing the review
