  • Service was quite slow at the restaurant, and in general the front desk staff wasn't very cheery. I will say that the pool/bar staff was excellent. The most inconvenient part of our stay was that our 2207 suite was advertised to accommodate 4, however, there is only one bed. We got the single roll away but that meant one person needed to sleep on the couch. When I approached the front desk staff about this issue he stated, "yeah, we get that a lot. There's nothing I can do to help." If this is happening quite a bit, maybe the advertising for the room should state that it only sleeps 2 and not 4. This was very frustrating. Overall I would stay again, but be leery of wording regarding the rooms.
