  • I was reluctant to go back to Ulta in Downtown Summerlin after my horrible make-under experience (see last review) but my eyebrows were becoming an HOA violation they were growing so out of control. I have sensitive skin so I can't go to just any ol' waxing place without getting burn bumps, which is why I go to Benefit as they use a cooler wax good for sensitive skin (and they charge the same if not less than most waxing places). I had to choose - drive all the way to the strip and deal with parking at the mall to go to that Benefit brow bar, or take my chances by giving Ulta a second chance. I decided I'd rather deal with bad eyebrows than strip traffic on a weekend, sucked it up and went to The Benefit Brow Bar at Ulta in Summerlin. And lucky for me a Benefit employee named Diane was there to squeeze me in for a wax, tweeze, eyebrow mapping and reshaping. Aside from having a sweet, bubbly personality that made me feel comfortable and happy to be in her chair, she was a perfectionist, making my eyebrows look better than they ever have. And no redness or bumps!! I'm ready for my wedding now...well, at least my eyebrows are! If your eyebrows need a little TLC go see Diane here!!!
