  • Stayed here with the family for a sport competition. I was extremely nervous after reading the reviews but decided to try it out anyway and we had an awesome time. Our room was in the Cancun tower on the 4th floor. The room decor and amenities were nice and accommodating for my large family. We had a 2 room suite and requested a crib. The pool, slides, afternoon activities and children activities were an added plus. Here are the things that were less than appealing: minimal underground parking, towel cards for the pool, only 1 bar (located at the pool). Luckily we were not approached for the time share presentation. So overall nice stay with a Food 4 Less grocery store across the street. Great stay for families.
